Reside in Nigeria (or have a valid delivery address within Nigeria, as we only ship within Nigeria).

When creating an account, placing an order, or communicating with our team, please provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (including contact details, shipping address, and payment information).

2. Account Creation and Responsibility

3. Product Information and Availability

a. Accuracy of Product Details

We strive to provide accurate and detailed product information (including specifications, prices, images, and availability) on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that all product details are 100% accurate. If errors occur (e.g., incorrect pricing, incorrect specification descriptions), we reserve the right to correct the errors and notify you promptly. If you have ordered an incorrect product, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund (or, where applicable, offer you the option to reorder at the correct price).

b. Product Availability

All products listed on our website are in stock. Due to high demand or supply chain issues, some products may be temporarily out of stock. If the item you ordered is out of stock after you place your order, we will:

Notify you via email or SMS within 24 hours of discovering the out-of-stock issue.

We will provide you with a full refund (refunded to your original payment account within 3-5 business days), or you can choose to exchange it for a similar product of equal or higher value (at no extra cost if in stock).

4. Order Placement and Processing

a. How to Place an Order

To purchase products from Ijoko-Mart, you must:

Add the desired products to your cart.

Proceed to checkout, where you will be asked to provide your shipping address, contact information, and payment information.

Review your order summary (including product details, quantity, price, and shipping costs) and confirm your order.

Your order is considered "placed" when you click the "Confirm Order" button and we send you an order confirmation email (to the email address linked to your account). This confirmation email does not mean your order has been "accepted"—we reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our sole discretion (e.g., if we suspect fraud, incorrect product details, or product shortage).

b. Order Confirmation

Once the products have been shipped from our warehouse, we will confirm your order by sending a "Shipping Confirmation Email" (containing a tracking number). Only after we send this shipping confirmation email does a binding contract exist between you and Ijoko-Mart.

c. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All product prices on our website are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes (such as VAT). Shipping costs will be added at checkout (see our Shipping Information Policy for details). We reserve the right to change product prices at any time, but price changes will not affect confirmed orders (via shipping confirmation email).

Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), mobile payments (such as MTN Mobile Money, Glo Cash), and bank transfers (through our partner payment processors, such as Flutterwave or Paystack). All payments are subject to verification.
